Designed for constructing partitions, non-load-bearing walls, and facing structural enclosures in rooms with high humidity levels (above 60%). The maximum partition height is 3.6 m with a length of up to 6 m. The number of pieces per pallet depends on the manufacturing plant – either 15 or 30 pcs. Storage Conditions: Blocks should be stored in rooms with dry and normal humidity levels. When storing blocks in their original factory packaging, moisture may accumulate under the shrink-wrap film. In such cases, before starting work, remove the packaging and place the blocks in a ventilated room with a positive air temperature for at least 12 hours. Technical Features: The tongue-and-groove block is manufactured from a gypsum binder using casting technology. It features a tongue-and-groove joint design along its perimeter to ensure high-precision interlocking masonry. The production technology yields blocks with excellent face surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Manufactured in accordance with TU 5742-034-04001508-2014.
